3. Account Registration
Each player may hold only one registered account on 499betcom. The registration process requires accurate personal information and agreement to these Terms.
To register a 499betcom account, you must complete the registration form accurately and honestly, providing your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, a valid email address, and a mobile number registered in your name. You must not use false, fictitious, or misleading information during registration. 499betcom relies on the information you provide to conduct KYC verification, process withdrawals, and communicate with you about your account.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials — specifically your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any other person, allow another person to use your account, or access another player's account. Any activity that occurs under your account credentials is your responsibility, whether or not you personally authorised that activity.
You must notify 499betcom immediately at [email protected] if you believe that your account credentials have been compromised or that your account has been accessed without your authorisation. 499betcom will investigate such reports promptly and take appropriate protective action.
499betcom reserves the right to refuse any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason. Factors that may lead to a registration being declined include but are not limited to: suspected duplicate account, incomplete or inconsistent documentation, or prior history of fraudulent activity on the platform or any associated platform.
You may only hold one account on 499betcom. If you discover that you have inadvertently created a duplicate account, you must contact support immediately to have one account closed. Where 499betcom identifies duplicate accounts, it reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any pending bets, and retain any bonus-derived balances.
KYC Verification is Mandatory. You must complete identity verification before your first withdrawal is processed. Accounts that remain unverified after 30 days of registration may be restricted until verification is completed.
One Account Only. Operating multiple accounts — whether to claim multiple welcome bonuses or for any other purpose — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

All deposits made to your 499betcom account must originate from a payment account registered in your own legal name. Third-party deposits — where a payment is made from an account belonging to another individual — are strictly prohibited and will be returned to the sender. Any balance derived from a third-party deposit will be voided pending investigation.
Withdrawal requests are processed in the order they are received. Processing times shown above are targets rather than guarantees. 5. Bonus & Promotions Rules

Wagering Requirements: Unless otherwise stated in the specific bonus terms, all bonus credits issued by 499betcom carry a wagering requirement. Maximum Withdrawal from Bonus Winnings: Certain promotions may impose a cap on the maximum amount that can be withdrawn from winnings generated through bonus play. Where such a cap applies, it will be clearly stated in the individual offer terms. 499betcom will not apply a maximum withdrawal cap to winnings that are not derived from bonus play.
VIP Cashback: Weekly cashback credits issued through the 499betcom VIP program at Silver tier and above carry no wagering requirement and are credited to the real-money balance directly. Cashback is calculated on net losses (total wagers minus total winnings) during the relevant calendar week and credited every Monday for the preceding Monday-to-Sunday period.
6. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct
By using the 499betcom platform, you agree to the following obligations and confirm that you will not engage in any of the prohibited conduct described below.
Your Obligations as a 499betcom Player:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and KYC verification, and update this information promptly if it changes.

Prohibited Conduct — strictly forbidden on 499betcom:

7. Account Suspension & Closure
499betcom reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account where there are grounds to do so under these Terms. Players may also close their own accounts voluntarily at any time.
Voluntary Closure by the Player: If you wish to close your 499betcom account, you may do so at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Prior to closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to standard KYC verification. Any active bonus balance will be forfeited on voluntary account closure unless the wagering requirement has already been met in full. During a suspension, access to the account and any associated funds may be restricted pending investigation.
Permanent Closure by 499betcom: Following investigation, 499betcom may permanently close an account where a material breach of these Terms is confirmed. The treatment of any balance remaining in a permanently closed account will depend on the nature of the breach. Where the breach does not involve fraud or money laundering, genuine deposited funds (net of any bonus-derived winnings) will generally be returned to the player. Where fraud or money laundering is confirmed, all funds in the account may be frozen and referred to the relevant authorities.
Dormant Accounts: An account is considered dormant if it has had no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months. 499betcom will send a notification to the registered email address before applying any dormancy fee. A dormancy maintenance fee of ৳200 per month may be applied to dormant accounts. This fee will never reduce a dormant account balance below zero. Players may reactivate a dormant account at any time by logging in and completing re-verification if required.
8. Limitation of Liability
This section describes the extent of 499betcom's liability to players and the circumstances under which 499betcom excludes liability. Please read this section carefully.
499betcom provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While 499betcom makes every reasonable effort to ensure that the platform is accessible, functional, and free from errors at all times, it does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that defects will always be corrected without delay. Planned and emergency maintenance periods may result in temporary unavailability of some or all platform features.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 499betcom shall not be liable for any of the following:
- Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or any other indirect, consequential, incidental, or special loss or damage arising from your use of the platform, even if 499betcom has been advised of the possibility of such loss.

- Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials or where you have shared your credentials with a third party.
- Losses resulting from a technical malfunction, game error, or connectivity failure on the player's device or network, including during a live in-play bet or active casino game session.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by 499betcom's gross negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. All statutory rights that cannot be excluded by contract under the laws of Bangladesh are reserved.
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by the laws of Bangladesh.
